4. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process:

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Minimum notice period of 48 hours required for most services

Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and USSD
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Summary:

• Cancellations 48+ hours before event: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before event: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund

• Provide accurate recipient and delivery information

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Service Disclaimer: While we strive to provide exceptional service, we cannot guarantee specific reactions or outcomes from surprise recipients.

Limitation of Liability: WOW Surprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, accidents, etc.).
